The frame and panel adopt double sealing, and the sealing material is rubber and polyurethane foam, which has good elasticity and anti-aging performance.The sealing rubber is of hollow design with positive and negative pressure follow-up, which has a self-pressing function regardless of positive pressure and negative pressure. The panel adopts a special aluminum alloy pressing plate and is fixed on the frame by screws, which is firm and reliable.The air leakage rate of the unit cabinet under 1000Pa standard working conditions is less than 1%.

  • Product introduction
Frame structure:The frame structure is designed with no cold bridge concept, which is not easy to produce condensed water;the insulation performance of the box can meet the requirements of the EN 1886 T2/TB2 standard; the internal surface of the unit is smooth, and there are no protrusions caused by the structure around the bottom, so it is not easy to accumulate dust and suitable for purification system; the frame and panel adopt double sealing design, and the inner sealing rubber is of hollow design with positive and negative pressure follow-up, which has a self-pressing function regardless of positive pressure and negative pressure; the panel is fixed on the frame by bolts, which is firm and reliable; In order to avoid corrosion of the galvanized panel surface by humid air, the edge of the galvanized panel is folded after bending and placed inside the frame to not contact with the airflow; the box section  is designed by external connection to avoid unnecessary protrusions and clean dead corners inside the box; operating temperature range: -40～90℃ , fire rating: polyurethane panel flame retardant Grade B, flame retardant grade A of rock wool panel.
Panel:
 It adopts a double-layer sandwich  structure, and special aluminum profiles are used around the panel, which has excellent heat insulation performance;

The inner panel is strengthened by bending to make the panel have extremely strong strength.

The use of foam materials with certain flame retardancy and a foam density of 48kg/m³ can effectively prevent the transfer of cold energy;

The standard configuration is the outer layer of color steel plate, the inner layer of galvanized steel plate. And the edge with cutting lipof the galvanized steel plate is not in contact with the air flow to prevent the cut from rusting. Stainless steel plate can also be selected according to requirements;

The thickness is 50mm and the operating temperature range is -40～90℃.

Rock wool panel:
It adopts a double-layer sandwich structure, and the inner and outer panels are bent and sprayed.The appearance of the panels is beautiful;

Durable inorganic FRP material has special properties.The surface is strong and solid, and the load-bearing capacity is up to 350 kg or more;

It has excellent wind and impact resistance and the advantages of high temperature, acid and alkali , corrosion , and aging resistance. It solves technical problems such as re-halogenation and frosting, and its service life is more than 30 years;

It have a high acoustic  coefficient and excellent fire resistance;

Condensate tray:
    Dry design, no water accumulation;
    The water pan has a drainage slope, and the condensed water flows to the drain;
    It is made of stainless steel with heat preservation on the bottom.
Fan:
Use plug fan to directly drive the voluteless fan;
The wind wheel is made of cold-rolled steel plate coated to prevent corrosion;
Connection method: The fan and the motor are fixed on the same bracket. Rubber or spring shock absorption ;
drive: Direct drive, the fan impeller is directly installed on the motor shaft;
Motor: Adopt fully enclosed air-cooled variable frequency motor;
Advantages: Avoid additional dust caused by belt wear.
filter:
The filter material meets the technical requirements of vdi 6022;
Using closed-cell sealing material, no moisture absorption;
The filter can be easily and quickly removed and installed;
The filter section can be equipped with a differential pressure gauge or a differential pressure switch for filter resistance detection;
Optional heating device or pre-heating device to heat the filter section to meet the requirements of high humidity occasions.
