Fan

       ■ Choose domestic or international brand-name products.

       ■ Adopt DIDW double-inlet, double-wide, high-efficiency and low-noise centrifugal fans.

       ■ The fan bearings are brand-name products with self-aligning and self-locking functions. The balance accuracy of wind power reaches G4.0, which greatly extends the service life of the bearing.

       ■ The fan selection software can select high-efficiency fans based on actual operating conditions to ensure that the fans operate under high-efficiency and energy-saving working conditions.

Fan drive

       ■ It adopts a V-belt transmission structure standardly, and uses the belt pulley of the Taper Lock bushing and the imported narrow V-belt. The wide slope structure of the narrow V-belt makes it have higher transmission efficiency and service life.

Motor

       ■ It chooses a well-known brand three-phase squirrel-cage AC induction motor, IP54 protection grade, F grade insulation. The motor  is placed inside the fan standardly and installed on the shock-absorbing bracket together with the fan. The motor is equipped with an adjustment device to adjust the belt tightness.
