Panel

      ■The panel adopts a double-layer sandwich structure, and special aluminum profiles are used around the panel, which has excellent heat insulation performance and excellent strength.

      ■ The inside of the panel is made of polyurethane foam material with a foaming density of 48kg/m³, which can effectively prevent the transfer of cold energy.

      ■ The standard configuration of the panel is internal and external double-layer color steel plates, and materials such as stainless steel plates and salted steel plates can also be selected according to requirements.

      ■ There are two choices of panel thickness: 25mm and 50mm.

Tightness

      ■The frame and panel adopt double sealing, and the sealing material is rubber, which has good elasticity and anti-aging performance.

      ■ The sealing rubber is of hollow design with positive and negative pressure follow-up, which has a self-pressing function regardless of positive pressure and negative pressure.

      ■The panel adopts a special aluminum alloy pressing plate and is fixed on the frame by screws, which is firm and reliable.

      ■ The air leakage rate of the unit cabinet under 1000Pa standard working conditions is less than 1%.

Heat Exchanger

      ■ The heat exchange coil adopts seamless copper tubes and aluminum fins, which are tightly combined by tube expansion.

      ■ There are 2-12 rows to choose from for the coil standard. The standard of aluminum fin is 2.5mm, and other pitch specifications are also available.

      ■ The selection calculation program can optimize the design of the number of coils, pitch of fins , the number of loops and other parameters under demand conditions to ensure that they meet the actual needs of use.

      ■ The unique coil layout design can ensure thorough drainage and prevent the coil from freezing and cracking to the greatest extent.

Water Tray

       ■There is a condensate pan under the cold coil of the surface, and the dry design with a drainage slope can  ensure the smooth discharge of condensate. There is external insulation to prevent condensation   

Smooth operation, low noise

Fan

       ■ Choose domestic or international brand-name products.

       ■ Adopt DIDW double-inlet, double-wide, high-efficiency and low-noise centrifugal fans.

       ■ The fan bearings are brand-name products with self-aligning and self-locking functions. The balance accuracy of wind power reaches G4.0, which greatly extends the service life of the bearing.

       ■ The fan selection software can select high-efficiency fans based on actual operating conditions to ensure that the fans operate under high-efficiency and energy-saving working conditions.

Fan drive

       ■ It adopts a V-belt transmission structure standardly, and uses the belt pulley of the Taper Lock bushing and the imported narrow V-belt. The wide slope structure of the narrow V-belt makes it have higher transmission efficiency and service life.

Motor

      ■ It chooses a well-known brand three-phase squirrel-cage text flow induction motor, IP54 protection grade, F grade insulation. The motor is placed inside the fan standardly and installed on the shock-absorbing bracket together with the fan. The motor is equipped with an adjustment device to adjust the belt tightness.

Box section lifting and installation

      ■ The base of the box section is equipped with dual-purpose holes for forks and hangings, which can be moved flexibly on site.

      ■ The box sections can be transported in sections, and the extra-large box sections can be shipped in bulk and assembled on site.

      ■ The modular design makes the cabinet accessories extremely interchangeable and it is convenient for field assembly.

      ■ The connection of the box section is flat and convenient for field connection.

      ■ The bottom of the box section is equipped with mounting holes, which can fix the unit on the foundation.
