Structural features:

Unit box
The panel is made of color steel plate or galvanized steel plate by molding and bending, and is connected with ABS corners on both sides to form the unit frame. The top of the frame is equipped with an ABS air outlet. The air outlet can be installed in two directions.

Coil
It uses high-quality Ø9.52mm copper tubes and louver-type hydrophilic aluminum heat sink fins, and makes the copper tube and aluminum sheet tightly combined by tube expanding. The water collecting head is made of brass forging, and the water flow is evenly distributed, which can exert an ideal overall heat transfer effect. The improvement of the coil has greatly reduced the surface wind speed of the coil, which can effectively reduce the internal resistance of the unit.

Fan
The wind wheel is a high-efficiency, low-noise, multi-wing centrifugal fan blade, made of galvanized sheet, with high dynamic balance. The whole series adopts large-diameter wind wheels to effectively reduce the fan speed and the noise of the unit.

Motor
It adopts permanent magnet low-noise capacitor motor with fully enclosed rolling bearing, which is no need to add lubricating oil. The base is insulated with rubber anti-vibration pads to reduce movement noise.

Water Tray
It adopts an integrally formed "L" plastic water pan to ensure smooth drainage under various installation conditions.
